Fyodor Podgorny is a Latvian fashion designer and creative professional working across fashion, creative direction, costume design and multidisciplinary projects.

He co-founded the London-based label FYODOR GOLAN, which received the Fashion Fringe Award in 2012 and presented collections at London Fashion Week from 2012 to 2020. The label also participated in fashion weeks in Shanghai, Berlin and Singapore, with its collections stocked by leading international retailers. His work has appeared in Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Dazed & Confused, the Financial Times and The Times. He has created custom garments for artists including Madonna, Rihanna, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Lopez and Lizzo. His recent projects include costume design for Puccini’s La bohème at the Latvian National Opera and Ballet (2026) and a retrospective FYODOR GOLAN exhibition at the Latvian National Museum of Art (2024).
