Dishon Yuldash
Dishon Yuldash is an artist and cultural organiser born in Uzbekistan to a Tatar–Uzbek family, raised in Kazan, and shaped by years of living and working across Europe. She now lives and works in Bangkok, where her practice explores displacement, belonging, cultural hybridity, and the cycles of migration and memory. Her sculptural language intertwines the organic and the technological, the architectural and the fluid, forming spaces of presence between material and memory. In 2014, she founded ISSMAG, a non-profit gallery in Moscow that became one of the city's first platforms for post-internet discourse, hosting interdisciplinary exhibitions across art, music, and fashion. Through her platform, Prologue. Vision, she realised the exhibition Planned Obsolescence, which received the Innovation — 2017 Curator of the Year award. She has participated in Biennale Carbone 20 in France and international art fairs,s including Cosmoscow, Blazar, Catalogue, and Art Moment Jakarta, continuing to expand her practice across borders.
