Film Screening of Mojtaba Bahadori’s first feature-length film, “On Melting Snow”.

The film follows Belgian artist Sophie Cauvin as she gathers stones and soil from changing landscapes, transforming their textures, weight and buried histories into evocative works of art. Moving between fragile terrain and intimate studio spaces, the film unfolds as a meditative journey through nature, memory and the quiet, enduring force of creativity. Mojtaba Bahadori is a Franco-Iranian filmmaker, photographer and visual artist whose poetic practice explores the connections between nature, memory and human experience. Following the screening, a talk with the filmmaker will take place in the Auditorium.
